2017/2018 Rental Fees We are offering this fully furnished single family home in the Rangeley Mountain and Lakes Region of Western Maine at 2427 Rangeley Road and the Sandy Riveor for weekly rentals.   The house sleeps 8 people in four bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms.  2017 Fall and 2018 Spring Special: We charge only $999.00 a week for all 2017 Fall and 2018 Spring rentals per week based on up to a 4 guest occupancy.    See dates below.    2018 Snowy Winter  Our Weekly rental rate for 4 guests: $1,199.00 + additional guests (up to a maximum of 8 guests total) $30.00 per person.  The house is comfortably heated with a central heating system.    2018 Glorious Summer: Our Weekly rental rate for 4 guests: $1,099.00 + additional guests (up to a maximum of 8 guests total) $30.00 per person.   Year Round:   All linen, towels, kitchen utensils and appliances, cook ware, dinner ware are provided. We are accepting only a maximum of 2 dogs at a flat rate of $50.00 each dog per week. A refundable security deposit of $250.00 is required and is due with the final payment.  A $100.00 nonrefundable housekeeping fee is due with the final payment. The contract will become effective and the time slot will be guaranteed when we receive it back, signed, with a 50% partially refundable deposit. The remaining 50% of the rental fees are payable 30 days before arrival.  A $250.00 refundable security deposit is required. Housekeeping Fee: A $100.00 nonrefundable Housekeeping fee for final cleaning of the building, linnen, towels, etc. will be added to each weeks stay and is payable with the final payment before occupancy of the house. All of these details will be clearly outlined in the rental contract. A sample contract can be emailed to you at your request. Maine Sales Tax:  A 7% sales tax will be added to the rental and housekeeping fees for Maine residents only. Maine Sales tax will also be added to any repairs or replacements that are required after vacating the premises.
