2010 Rental Fee at 2008 Prices We are offering this fully furnished single family home in the Mountain and Lakes Region of Western Maine on the Sandy River and Rangeley Road for weekly rental. The house sleeps 8 people in four bedrooms. We charge only $970.00 a week for all Spring, Summer and Fall weeks based on a 4 person occupancy plus $25.00 for each person 5 - 8. From November 01 2009 through April 30 2010 there will be an additional  weekly energy charge of $50.00 We are accepting only dogs at a flat rate of $50.00 per week. A refundable $250.00 security deposit and a $100.00 housekeeping charge are due with the final payment. Our hope is that you will tell your family and friends about your great experience and come back year after year. Weeks are filling up quickly. Please call to confirm the dates needed. We already have a waiting list for certain prime vacation weeks.

Dates & Rates: Period Begins - Ends: (One Week Minimum Stay) Spring: April 03, 2010 - May 22, 2010 Glorious Summer: May 22, 2010- Sept. 12, 2009 Fall: September 12, 2009 - October 31, 2009 Winter: October 31, 2009 - April 03, 2010 Note: All Utilities are included in the weekly rental price. Long distance phone calls and DSL Internet (computer on premisese) are included in your rental fee. Payment is only accepted in US Dollars, unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed upon in advance with the Guest. Additional weeks: We offer a 25% discount beginning week # 2 of the same rental period. Check-in: Saturday 05:00 pm EST Check-out: Saturday 10:00 am EST Special arrangement can be made. The contract will become effective and the time slot will be guaranteed when we receive it back, signed, with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% of the rental fees are payable 30 days in advance of arrival. The $250.00 security deposit is also due 30 days before occupancy and must be submitted with the final rental fees. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after you vacate the property, providing the premises are left in satisfactory condition with no damages. Housekeeping Fee: A $100.00 Housekeeping fee for final cleaning of the building, linnen, towels, etc. will be added to each weeks stay and is payable with the final payment before occupancy of the house. All of these details will be clearly outlined on the contract. A sample contract can be E-mailed to you at your request. Maine Sales Tax: A 7% sales tax will be added to the rental and housekeeping fees for Maine residents only. Sales tax will also be added to any repairs or replacements that are required after vacating the premises.
