2017/2018 Rental Fees Rental Rate ONLY $1,099.00 per week for 4 guests, $30.00 for
each additional guest up to 8. A refundable security deposit of $250.00 is required with
the final payment. A one-time
$100.00 housekeeping fee is due with the final payment. Dogs (max. 2) are accepted for a flat fee of $50.00 each.
House Details: - Huge, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, (Refrigerator/Freezer, Dishwasher,
Stove/Oven, Microwave, Garbage Disposal, etc.)

- Dining room with table for 8 with a
"Lazy Bob".

Sattelite TV, DVR, DVD and Stereo/CD player, Board Games, etc.

full bathrooms, one on each floor. Second floor full bathroom with bathtub.
- Washer/Dryer in home.
- All four second floor bedrooms are furnished with large
yellow pine log bed frames and Serta mattresses, night stands, dressers and chair. Three rooms have TV sets with Satellite
TV and DVR.
- Two rooms have Queen beds, two rooms have 2 twin beds in each. Sleeps 8 people.

deck on 2 sides of house.Huge game room in the heated basement featuring: Basketball, Foosball, Darts and Air Hockey.
- ITS Snowmobile and
ATV trail access from the bottom of our driveway.
