just wanted to tell you how much my family and I enjoyed our stay at Mooseley Ridge. The house was very well set-up
and comfortable, and we made full use of all amenities — barbecue, firepit, hammocks…and the game room was a
huge hit with the kids! We especially appreciated activities
that did not involve driving - swimming in the Sandy River and walking up to the meadow to pick blueberries and look for moose
were our favorites. For the kids, an endless search for frogs and salamanders, splashing in the little streams, and just poking
around could fill days and days. Lastly, we loved going to Smalls Falls, just down the road. It’s a veritable
water park, but all beautiful and no lines! We hope to come back sometime soon. Best regards, S.L., MA 07/26/09 Hi Rose & Hans, What a great time we had at Mooseley Ridge. The river, the
ATV trails, Mt Blue State Park were a blast for the entire family. We enjoyed the house. It was very clean, spacey and well
laid out. All the games, electronic ones in the reading and living room as well physical ones
in the basement, kep tour children busy when we were relaxing at the house. We did use the
barbeque, the campfires, hammocks and the hiking trail on the property a lot. Rangely Lakes as well as Farmington were close
for our supply needs. Thank you very much for letting us rent your great place. We will be

Family, We very much enjoyed our stay at your home in Phillips, ME this past February vacation.
It was close to both Saddleback and Sugerloaf Mountains and we were easily able to dirve to both mountains to ski. Your
four bedroom home was spacious and it was very relaxing for our family of six! The game room in the basement was frequented
by our four children. On one very cold day (5 degrees) when it was too cold to ski, our children spent the entire day
there! The Rangeley area is extremelely beautiful and peaceful. We even saw a large moose contentedly eating her
dinner by the roadside! We would recommend a stay in your home to anyone and everyone! The
