2008 Rental Fee reduction

Rental Rate ONLY $970.00 per week for 4 persons, $25.00 for each additional person up to 8.

A $250.00 refundable security deposit plus a one-time $100.00 housekeeping charge are due with the final payment.

Dogs are accepted for a flat fee of $50.00.

Huge, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, (Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Garbage Disposal, etc.)

Dining room with table for 8 with a "Lazy Bob".

All four second floor bedrooms are furnished with large yellow pine log bed frames and Serta mattresses, night stands, dressers and chair.
Two rooms provide one Queen bed each, two rooms with twin beds.
One Twin and one Queen bedroom also have TV sets with Sattelite TV and DVR.
